March 19, 2010 New Chapter announces a voluntary recall of 1,711 bottles of Probiotic Colon (Lot Code: 01210350A, Exp 2/29/12) because it may have the potential to be contaminated with Escherichia coli (E.coli). No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem. Contact us for instructions on how to return the product if you have purchased Probiotic Colon 90 capsules with the Lot Code 01210350A with the expiration date of 2/29/12. January 20, 2010 URGENT RECALL NOTICE Abbott Laboratories Bacteriostatic Water, Rx Only MuscleMaster.com, Inc. is voluntarily recalling all lots and expiration dates of Abbott Laboratories Bacteriostatic Water sold between June 1, 2009 and November 17, 2009. This product recall is being conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The product is labeled for sale “Rx Only.” FDA has stated that it requires that sales of this product be made only pursuant to a valid prescription through an entity licensed by its jurisdiction to dispense prescription products. Please note that there is no indication that the product poses any health risk to consumers. If you purchased any of this product between June 1, 2009 and November 17, 2009, please contact MuscleMaster.com Inc. at 800-240-4767 to obtain a Return Kit. Once in receipt of the Return Kit, return the products purchased between the dates listed above for a refund.
